To complete your enrollment packet, we will need the following documents: session contract, permission/medical release, immunization record, and guardianship documentation, if necessary.

The After School Program is committed to including all children who wish to participate, regardless of their ability to pay. Parents are encouraged to apply for financial assistance through the state (see tab above). Many jobs also allow employees to use their Flexible Spending Accounts to pay for after school care. And of course, we encourage parents to contact the program to discuss alternative options.
